When will I receive my order?<\/h2>\n

If you place your order before 6 pm, you\u2019ll receive it the next day (with the next-day delivery option) within the time slots suggested when you place your order.<\/p>\n

For the standard option, delivery takes 2 days.<\/p>\n

Where is my order dispatched from?<\/h2>\n

From our shop located in Barcelona, in the \u201cEl Farr\u00f3\u201d area (C\/ Saragossa, 60).<\/p>\n

My order should have arrived by now, but I haven\u2019t received it yet. What should I do?<\/h2>\n

Before contacting us, please check your confirmation email to ensure there are no errors in the delivery address. If the address is correct, please contact us (info@thecoffeehackers.com<\/a>) with your order number.<\/p>\n

If there is a problem with your delivery address or you weren\u2019t at home when our courier delivered it, we can resend your item, but you\u2019ll have to cover the costs.<\/p>\n

Pro tip: Your postcode is a crucial part of your address. Make sure you enter it correctly.<\/p>\n

How are the products made?<\/h2>\n

We roast our coffee on-site every day and send it to you ready to drink, as fresh as possible.<\/p>\n

How do I track my order?<\/h2>\n

If your delivery method includes tracking, you\u2019ll receive a link via email once your order has been dispatched. If you have any questions about your delivery, please contact us (info@thecoffeehackers.com<\/a>).<\/p>\n

I have received the wrong product or a damaged item. What should I do?<\/h2>\n

We\u2019re sorry if your product has arrived damaged. To resolve this as quickly as possible, please email us at info@thecoffeehackers.com<\/a> immediately with photos of your damaged product, your order number and any other details you have about the order. We\u2019ll get back to you with a solution as soon as possible!<\/p>\n

What is your returns policy?<\/h2>\n

We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there is a problem (wrong or damaged product), please contact us (info@thecoffeehackers.com<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Refunds<\/h2>\n

We only offer refunds to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this is the case for you, please contact us (info@thecoffeehackers.com<\/a>) with photos of your item and we will find a solution.<\/p>\n

Can I exchange a product for a different one?<\/h2>\n

We do not currently offer exchanges.
